Sequence Analysis Tool: Optimisation of Category Management
mindline has supplemented its product line in the sector retail/shopper behaviour with the addition of the sequence analysis tool Sequence Analyser.
This tool makes it possible to analyse shopper journeys at the POS, i.e. the sequence of their shopping behaviour. The results produce insights which are very helpful for merchandise placement and category management, answering questions such as: Are wine and cheese bought together? Are deodorant buyers more interested in brand or in price? Etc.
